2. Introduction to Stress and Health anticipation questions (20 minutes)

3. Introduce Happiness Project (15 minutes max)

4. Stress article and analysis (50 minutes)

5. 5-minute meditation

Objective: Students will understand the impact that stress and meditation can have on their lives.
